Pony Canyon has announced a 2026 premiere date for Tetsuryo! meet with Tetsudo Musume, an original TV anime about a group of university girls who enjoy railway trips.
A teaser visual featuring the four main characters — Misaki, Usa, Kodama, and Ushio — has been released. There’s also a teaser video that previews not just the four but also glimpses of the “Tetsudo Musume,” or “Railway Girls.” The anime is inspired by hobby company Tomy Tec’s Tetsudo Musume character line, which began in 2025 and is themed.around women who work in railway-related occupations.

• Series composer and scriptwriter: Aya Satsuki (Camping For Two series composer and co-scriptwriter)
