There’s also a new visual:
Tsukasa Hojo’s manga ran in the pages of Weekly Shonen Jump from 1981 to 1985, inspiring a 36-episode TV anime from 1983-1984, followed by a 37-episode sequel from 1984-1985.
A new print edition is on the way from Kana next month. Coamix also publishes the English edition of the manga via its MangaHotto app, describing it like so:
A mysterious art thief named Cat’s Eye exclusively goes after the works of European painter Michael Heinz. Detective Toshio Utsumi fails to arrest Cat’s Eye at every turn, getting scolded by his boss, and even facing demotion. Toshio’s girlfriend Hitomi Kisugi, who runs a café near the precinct which shares the name of this thief, is always there to listen to his gripes and give him a pick-me-up. Little does he know that Hitomi and her sisters are actually Cat’s Eye.
